1. A minimum $1000.00 CAD NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within the first 24 hours of the foals birth to hold that animal until weaning. 

2. If there are several holds listed on a particular cross, first person who has expressed interest has 24 hours from the time of notification of the foal’s arrival to place a deposit or pass to the next person. 

3. Certified cheque or cash will be accepted for the purchase of animals. 

4. No animal will leave the property unless the entire payment has been received. NO EXCEPTIONS 

5. If failure of full payment should occur, the animal will be offered to the next available buyer at the original purchase price. 

6. If a buyer wishes to keep a colt intact, the price of said animal will increase accordingly.  

7. Animals will all be sold as registered AQHA horses. Papers, along with a signed and completed transfer form will be available to the new owners on date of pick up. ** If registration papers are unable to be presented on the date of pick up due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed via mail courier, the papers will be mailed to the new owners as soon as possible. 

8. Once the Bill of Sale has been signed, papers have exchanged hands and final payments has been successfully received, the animal is then under the entire responsibility of the new owner. The previous owner/breeder no longer claims any responsibility of injury/sickness/accidental death or damages caused by the animal. 

9. Animals will be dewormed prior to pick up if they exceed 6 months of age or older by the time they are purchased. 
10. If a deposit has been placed on a foal, and the foal dies or suffers severe injury prior to being picked up by the buyer, the $1000 non-refundable deposit will be returned to the buyer or can be used towards the purchase of another foal from that year that has not been already spoken for.
