Sale Pen

1. A minimum $1000.00 CAD NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold that animal until weaned and/or picked up. 

2. The remaining balance of that animal is due prior to pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

3. Certified cheque or cash will be accepted for the purchase of animals. 

4. If the buyer is unable to pay the remaining balance of the animal within 30 days of weaning date or prior to pick up (whichever comes first) the buyer will then forfeit the right to fully purchase that animal. 

5. If failure of payment should occur, the animal will be offered to the next available buyer at the original purchase price. 

6. Stud colts will be gelded prior to pick up on all on farm sales. 

7. If a buyer wishes to keep a colt intact, the price of said animal will increase accordingly.

8. Buyer must declare whether the foal is to remain intact or gelded prior to purchase. 

9. Animals will all be sold as registered AQHA horses. Papers, along with a signed and completed transfer form will be available to the new owners on date of pick up. ** If registration papers are unable to be presented on the date of pick up due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed via mail courier, the papers will be mailed to the new owners as soon as possible. 

10. Once the Bill of Sale has been signed, papers have exchanged hands and final payments has been successfully received, the animal is then under the entire responsibility of the new owner. The previous owner/breeder no longer claims any responsibility of injury/sickness/accidental death or damages caused by the animal. 

11. Animals will be dewormed prior to pick up if they exceed 6 months of age or older by the time they are purchased.
